Our first Sixth Form class will graduate in 2028. In the meantime, we celebrate the successes achieved by our sister school, who in their first class to take A-Level exams (2020) achieved a 100 per cent presentation and pass rate. In addition, 52 per cent of the grades were A or A*. The results of the UNED PCE exams were also excellent, with an average grade of 3.1 out of a possible 4 points. The highest grade was 3.9.
Not only did they shine in the A-Level, but also in the IGCSEs, with 66 per cent A* or A grades in 2020 and more than 92 per cent of grades between A and C. In addition, one of its students obtained the highest grade in Spain in the IGCSE exams in the subject "English as a first language".
O Castro graduates continued their studies at prestigious universities in Spain, the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe, including Lancaster University, Brighton, Winchester, Bristol University, ACM London and York. In Spain, the students continued their university studies at prestigious universities, both public and private, such as the University of Barcelona, Carlos III University of Madrid, Pontifical University of Salamanca, ICAI (Madrid) or the University of Santiago de Compostela (School of Medicine).
